Writhing mass - Human Capital EP (2016)

Writhing mass is a new band from NY. The trio includes members from Triac and Defeatist and their first release, the Human Capital EP is on Nerve Altar so nobody will be surprised it's good. And it is indeed really good, death-grind with old-school grind vibe, speed and straight to the point approach (nine songs in a bit more than ten minute sof music) and some death-metal heaviness, groove and riffing. A mix that is really working deadly with Writhing mass. Very enjoyable stuff, I'm putting it on repeated listen and chances are it will stays as best grind first release this year. recommended!
