Sonic Poison - Grinded Leftovers (EP 2024)

This Grinded Leftovers EP is another piece fine in Sonic Poison faultless discography. They play Repulsion style grind, but manage to do so without sounding redundant or "retro". This time they also experimented a bit with some noise parts, nothing very significant, but why not? The feel of primitive death/grind with as much impact as a grind band of today. Recommended!

Sonic Poison - Eruption (2023)

First longer release (by grind standards) for Sonic Poison from Finland. And Eruption doesn't disappoint, I still really enjoy their old school death/grind (maybe even proto-death) in a Repulsion vein. Excellent stuff that will very likely end up on my list of favourite grind releases for 2023. Don't sleep on it (brutal awakening guaranteed!).

Sonic Poison - Harsh Demonstration (2016)

Sonic Poison is a new band from Finland which released a cool cassette (with Caligari records) called Harsh Demonstration, with which they offer a refreshing take on old school grind/death. And that's indeed a harsh demonstration, very raw stuff, I really  enjoyed this short (7 tracks, less than 10 minutes of music) blast of grind in a Repulsion vein, and any grindfreak will probably do the same. Highly recommended!
